View the awesome sunsets out by the pool or on the large dock with this home's western rear exposure, while enjoying the comfortable, new up scaled furnishings. This Getaway retreat is a boater's dream, with its quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 master suites. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master on the first floor has king-size bed and a pool bath. The remaining bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, perfect for the extended family. The 2nd floor features the 2nd master with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the extra wide canal. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with twin beds as well. All bedrooms have new bedding and upgraded linens! The electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, boating, golfing, fishing or enjoying other nearby activities the Cape has to offer. The Kitchen has been fully stocked with all the modern conveniences of home and everything the family chef will need while on vacation. The house also includes 4 kayaks. The 2 car garage and circular driveway offer plenty of parking. This villa is located in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay. Close to many great places to eat. The canal was so great for kayaking and boating easy navigation to the major water ways. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is a perfect fit for a couple of families. All the amenities you'll need.. The boat dock was great, rented a boat for the entire trip. Close to restaurants and not a bad drive to Ft Myers Beach. We had a great time.

Great place to stay with plenty of bedrooms and space. Tons of plates, cups, pots, pans and seasonings. Great if you are looking to cook during your stay. Plenty of places to eat very close by. About 10-15 minutes from a small beach, boat ramp and pier. The view at sunset is amazing and can seen from the dock or pool. Multiple kayaks and chairs by the pool. Overall a really nice place, that was clean and is great for large families. The pool area, dock and sunsets were the highlights for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place. Everything about the house was perfect. The location, the size, the cleanliness, etc. We got away from Chicago with our dear friends and there were 9 of us. Each of us had our own room, tons of space. The pool was a great addition. I highly recommend renting a boat as the dock was so easy to pull in and out of. Renee was very responsive to any questions we may have had. She even came over to help with the pool heater. It's close to Ft. Myers Beach. What a great home and a super great vacation for all of us! Thank you!!

The house is on a beautiful canal with kayaks and fishing poles to use. The home accommodated multiple families that stayed there. It was great for both adults and the kids. The home was clean and offered so many ‘extras’ to make it so special.

The house has a great location. They have everything you need in the kitchen and a second refrigerator, washer and dryer. We even found all kinds of spices in the pantry. We enjoyed our vacation with our children and grandchildren.
