Villa Caroline is a beautiful home with amazing views of the freshwater canal and lake. The oversized lanai is perfect for entertaining by the large, electric heated pool. Enjoy watching the wild life swim by. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has a split floor plan with the master on one side and the guest rooms on the other. There is a 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and all 3 bedrooms have a smart TV. The house is in a quiet but convenient location.

Great place, off the beaten path. Nice house, lots of room, very well stocked kitchen. Closet full of towels. Nice washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and patio area. Looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay at this home! The pool was great and heated up very quickly! Had all the essentials we needed to start out. The location was pretty good, about a 30 minute drive to Fort Myers and very close to grocery shops and restaurants.

Great location and very quite neighborhood
Spent a couple weeks here and was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and very quite neighborhood. Pool is fantastic and heater did its job as it got pretty cold a couple nights (low 40s) and was usable again pretty quick. Lots of bass in the canal behind the home! We would stay here again. Thanks!

Really enjoyed sitting by the pool. The fan outside was really nice on the extra humid days.
If you are planning to rent a boat for multiple days, please note, this canal is fresh water without access to the Gulf (and we couldn't find a company that would rent a boat for use in fresh water).
If TV watching, specifically in the Master Bedroom, is something that is important, there were very limited channels and the remote only worked to turn the TV on and off.
We had some other issues while there (A/C stopped working, no hot water, toilet running, etc.). Someone came over or communicated with us promptly.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and backs a canal with a pier and an enclosed good size heated swimming pool and bbq area with a nice gas grill. The kitchen is nicely set up and equipped.The wifi is good but the TV lineup and reception are only fair. Renee is sweet and helpful and responsive. The area is very quiet and near to all necessary shops.We had a great time at Villa Caroline

Excellent property and location
Excellent property and location. Cape Coral offered plenty of dining options, beaches, and other attractions for our family stay last week. Close to Sanibel and Fort Meyers for day trips. House and pool were clean, screened patio was wonderful. Used the gas grill a few times as well. Overall, a perfect stay in sunny south Florida.
