Villa Margarita is a beautiful pool home that is located in a quiet area in the SW Cape, close to Pine Island Road, so it is close to shopping and restaurants. This large home has over 2300 square feet and all of the upgrades you could possibly need. The large electric heated pool and spa are surrounded by trees giving you total privacy and serenity. There is also plenty of space on the lanai for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with a tile backsplash, corian counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large master bathroom features a separate soaking tub. This home is also tastefully decorated in a Florida tropical style.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and Comfortable. I liked that the Patio Doors could lock so I wasn't worried about my 2 year old running out to the pool when I wasn't looking. We just finished a 6 day stay at Renee’s property. The check in was very easy. The house was perfect for our party of 7. The kitchen was very well stocked, with quality cookware.
The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The back deck and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and having our lunch on the lanai.
We were very happy with the beach chairs, towels and umbrella available for our use. Our vehicle was full of luggage for 7 people, so we didn’t have space to bring our own.
Renee was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a great place to stay
We just finished our vacation at Villa Margarita in Cape Coral, Fl. Wow what a great place to stay! Everything you need was there. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub was fantastic!! Our host Renee was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had right away. Will definitely use Renee again if we are in the area.

Very clean house with all the amenities you need for a vacation.
Host is responsive to all questions prior to arrival.
There is a binder on site with a number of recommendations from food, shopping, churches, beaches, etc.
They also have a guest book on site that you can sign/ read through. This was such a nice personal touch!

It was nice to see the property being keep up the way it was
The house house was better pictured. We were really impressed with the comforts of the pool, stocked kitchen, and overall level of detail of the property. Upon arrival there was a minor issue with one of the toilets. The host had a plumber come quickly and repair the issue. During our stay the pool chemicals were checked and adjusted by a service company. It was nice to see the property being keep up the way it was. The neighborhood was quiet and the grocery store was less than a mile away. We would definitely return for another stay.

This was the perfect place for our group
This was the perfect place for our group! We had two families of four and there was plenty of space! Bathrooms on each side of the house allowed for privacy and convenience. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for meal preparation with all the dishes, utensils and small electric appliances you’d have at home. The best part for us was of course, the pool and spa! The outdoor area is spacious and perfect for hanging out! The only thing we wished we would have packed was a small music speaker. No complaints about this property whatsoever! We had a wonderful vacation!
