The place was very nice and around everything that we needed. Check in was tricky because the code wouldn’t work when we first got there and I had to call a couple times to get ahold of someone for help. Other than that, everything was great. The pool started to turn green but Renee sent someone to take care of it.

Although, the beds are very noisy. Everytime someone would roll over the whole house could hear it.

This home is perfect for a nice long week away. Plenty of space and the pool is great. Extra towels and bedding were also available.

Better directions on how to turn on and off the pool heater would be a nice touch. We had to YouTube that.

Only disadvantage of the pool/lanai area was the patio furniture was in need of being replaced, wasn’t overly comfortable to sit in, but upon our departure new furniture was being brought in.

Great location and we would rent again!

Great place to stay

It was a very pleasant and peaceful place to relax and continue building memories with the family.
We were seven this time and everyone had their own space. The pictures are accurate. The beach chairs, umbrellas, mat, and the wagon were very convenient.

Two things that can be improved:
- We couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked because the water was cold for us. The manager explained that the reason was that the rain had interfered with the heater.

- Remove or provide in written the Roku password so guests can install any missing channels and use their own accounts.

Other than those two minor issues, we were very happy and enjoyed our time at Cape Coral.

This place was very enjoyable

This place was very enjoyable and just as pictured. It’s not close to the beach but the pool makes up for that!
We did have a problem with check in, so make sure you have all the info before you get to the house and a problem with the ants in the kitchen and bathroom. We made sure to clean up after ourselves but there was just so many ants. Outside of that this place was clean and in a good neighborhood, Close to a lot of good restaurants and fun activities.

This house was perfect for our family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was wonderful. The house was extremely clean and well equipped (kitchen utensils, beach equipment, towels, pool toys, etc.). Renee also let us use a pack n play and high chair during our stay, which was extremely helpful for our 1 year old. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and inviting

The home was clean and inviting. We used the pool every single day during our stay and it was super relaxing. The heater for the pool was user friendly, but the pool light kinda did it's own thing. We didnt mind, because we had the light from the fans to see the pool clearly at night. Short distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Sanibel is 30 minutes away (plus added time depending on the beach preference.) 711 is less than 5 minutes for forgotten items. The linens and towels were very cozy and felt luxurious. We have been home 4 days and already want to plan a trip back. The only thing we had a little trouble figuring out was how to open/lock the front door during check in/out. A little bit further instruction would have been helpful as it is not a lockbox but a lock with buttons that we have never used before. All in all, we hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Starfish! It was an amazing retreat and just what we needed for a short getaway. The pool was the highlight - especially the lights for a night swim. The large kitchen made it easy to cook while we relaxed. Thanks for a great experience.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. She has a whole binder of restaurants to try and fun things to do. Lots of seasonings for food which was a huge bonus. Would definitely come back!
