My family spent 1.5 weeks at Renee place. She takes care of her guests and is efficient and nice person to deal with. The place was clean, tastefully decorated and roomy. We had a blast. The area is quiet and we even took kayaks out for a spin. We will book with her again in the future.

This is a great place
This is a great place! My family and I had the best time. Fishing off the dock-caught tons of catfish and a few gar, kayaking on the canal, beautiful sunsets, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Our kids loved the pool and were in it from morning until bedtime. It’s close to everything with amazing food places. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

This place is awesome
This place is awesome! My wife and I (and our pup) spent the month of March at Villa Alexandra hiding from the Chicago winter and taking a break from quarantining in our apartment.
The house is incredibly well stocked for activities with pool floats, bikes kayaks, coolers, and more! The house was very clean and comfortable with tons of space.
The pictures don’t do the outdoor space justice and are slightly outdated. There is an updated large dining table under the awning, a huge comfy outdoor couch in the lanai, and a newer grill. We spent our days working at the outdoor dining table with occasional dips in the pool and grilling most of our meals. Truly paradise!
The house is very well stocked with bed linens, pillows, bath towels, pool towels and kitchen supplies. My only complaint is the pots and pans were in rough shape. It looks as if prior guests used the nonstick surface to sharpen knives (come on, people!) and so they’re most unusable. Otherwise the space has everything you could possibly need!
Overall this is the perfect rental if you’re looking for a relaxing winter getaway with a private pool and some really solid amenities!

This is just plain a great house! You will love the split design, the pool and lanai area are just fantastic! It's easy to get to wherever you need to go. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of 'extras' that make your stay easier. Say hi to the huge turtle that came to visit us each day at the dock!
